I don't see anything about removing the methanol from the solution. Am I missing something here?


S-TYPE



Separation Instructions
Materials needed for every 5 cartridges:
1 yellow bottle of Heet (methanol 355ml)
Coffee filters
Large glasses or jars
Distilled water
3cc of estrogen solubilizer

Filtration
When filtration is mentioned, it refers to placing a coffee filter over a glass or jars and pouring whatever is to be filtered through to coffee filter, into the glass or jar. A rubber band can be used to help secure the filter.

Step 1 - Dissolve Pellets in Methanol
Dissolve 5 carts in one bottle of Heet. When pellets are dissolved, extraction is complete. Agitation and stirring will help speed up the process.


Step 2 - Filtration
Filter out the binders, squeezing the last drops of methanol solution out of the filter. You now have a methanol solution containing approximately 1g estradiol benzoate and 10g test prop.


Step 3 - Estrogen Solubilization
Add contents of the estrogen solubilizer vial to the methanol solution. Let this stand for 1 hour, no more, no less. Some precipitation may occur, that is ok.

Step 4 - Test Prop Recovery
Add 500ml water to the methanol solution. It will look like milk when the water is added, this is the test prop coming out of solution. Let this sit for 5-10 minutes, until it looks filterable (clumpy, not like milk).

Step 5 - Filtration
Filter out the test prop as described. Let the filter completely drain, then rinse with water. Repeat this rinsing 2 more times. Now you have pure testosterone propionate, allow it to dry and it is ready for processing.


Powder Conversion Instructions Once Recovered

Step 1
Place powder in vial.
Step 2
Add all BA to the vial.
Step 3
Add oil to the vial, save 2 ml of oil in the small syringe for later. Gently shake vial.
Step 4
Heat mixture by placing sealed vial in hot water for 10 minutes to fully release hormones.
Step 5 - Filtration
Draw mixture into large syringe, attach syringe filter and 18G needle (place another small needle in vial to vent) then press into sealed sterile vial repeating until conversion complete.
Step 6
Take other syringe with 2ml oil, run through Whatman into solution.

when you add the dist. water to the solution the test crystalizes (turns into solid white crystals) becuase it's insoluble in water. when you filter (step 5) you catch the test in the filter and rinse away the methanol, estro and solubalizer (why rinsing is so important.) I'd probably even rinse more than twice, 3-5 times.

thanks. someone else told me I should let the methonal evaperate out of the solution before I rinse. Has anyone tried this?

No not a good idea, without crystalization you could potentially leave a higher amount of impurities in your final product (especially if the solublizer is a sat. solution.) You'd also end up spending ALOT more time rinsing out the salted estro since it would all be sitting in your test (if not somewhat encapsulated.)

Anitest extraction.

What you should have in your kit.
1. A 10ml vial marked >1' or a plastic bottle marked >1'.
2. A 10ml vial or plastic bottle marked >2'.
3. A vial marked >3', (2 for a 10 cart sep kit sterile)
4. Vials marked >4' or >final'. This is a sterile vial for the final
product if you bought the sterile addition and 2 of those for a 10 cart sept sterile.
5. 2 60ml syringe for a 10.
6. 2 20ml syringe or 2 10ml syringes for a 10
7. You need to get some methanol which can be found as >Heet' gasline
antifreeze. It is about 50 cents a bottle, but it is a hazmat and bulky to ship.
8. 6 pH strips for a 10 cart kit.
9. 2 syringe filters for a 10cart.

Synovex H extraction instructions.

You must have a GLASS PIE PLATE! Do not use metal or you will be injecting metal salts into yourself! The biggest variant in the whole process is due to the use of coffee filters. The >tighter' the paper on the coffee filter the more final product you will have, but that will slow the water washes down, too. The type of filter can make your final amount vary from 90% to 70%.

How to make a methanol rinse bottle (MRB).
1. Take one of the bottles of methanol and remove the protective plastic cap.
2. Poke a hole through the aluminum foil top with an insulin needle.
3. Whenever the term MRB is used this is what you use. I don't expect 1 bottle of methanol to get you through the entire process, but I want you to see what it is so that you can go out and get it for yourself. I also don't like shipping that stuff in the mail unless it is UPS. This methanol is no different or anymore dangerous than lab grade methanol. It is also very close to being anhydrous methanol if it is not. I haven't been able to detect any water in it all which is why I use it. Furthermore, the chemicals used in the process must have water to go into solution.

Coffee filter/glass apparatus (CFGA).
Use clear glassware whenever you can. Whenever you see CFGA you need to set this up.
1. You need a glass which will hold approximately 12 16 oz liquid. Place the coffee filter over the glass and push about 3/4 of it into the glass.
2. Fold the remaining 1/4 over the edge so that the filter doesn't fall into the glass when we pour liquid through it.
3. For added securtiy you could also place a rubber band around the filter or use a large funnel.


What you need per cart.

The procedure is easy but it is a lot of busy work and patience because it does take time for the drying out steps.
Each of the steps in each series only takes about 5 minutes, but waiting for the evaporation of the water or methanol makes the overall process last a about 3 days. Do not, however, attempt to speed up the process by heating the pie plate over a heating element or even over a double boiler. DO NOT place the solution into the hot sun to try and speed the process or a side reaction will occur and all will be lost. I know because this just cost me 10 carts.


A. Extracting the steroids, both estradiol and testosterone, from the pellets.

1. Add methanol to a glass which has your pellets in it. 12oz is what you need for 5 carts of Synovex H.
2. Let the solution set until the pellets dissolve which is approximately 1 2 hours. Stir a couple times if you wish to speed it up. ( you could crush the pellets to speed up the process, but crush
the pellets AFTER you add the methanol)
3. Stir the solution and then let set until the filler settles to the bottom and the solution becomes clear. < THE SOLUTION SHOULD BE CLEAR OR YOU NEED TO ADD MORE METHANOL>
4. Draw off the the methanol/AS solution with the 60ml syringe leaving the filler behind. Leave about 10ml behind as that is mostly glue, anyhow.

B. Removing the esters from the steroid.

Preparation: Take the container you are going to pour everything into for evaporation. Add 6 8oz of water for every 2 carts. MARK that level. That is where the solution will be AFTER the METHANOL evaporates and you will then know that all the methanol has evaporated.

1. You need 1/8 teaspoon of bottle/vial #1 for every 2 carts of Synovex H.
2 Put the powder from bottle #1 into a cup that will hold 8oz water. If you have 5 carts you need to do 1/8 slightly heaping teaspoon in 8oz and then 1/8 more heaping teaspoon in an additional 8 oz. for a total of ¼ teaspoon for 5 carts.
3. Fill the cup with 8oz hot water and let the powder dissolve.
4. Pour that solution into your pie plate or bowl which already has the dissolved AS solution in it. It will turn a milky white immediately.
5. Add as much water as it takes to meet the amount you used in preparation step. Stir for about a minute with something plastic or glass.
6. Let the methanol evaporate until the level is back to the mark you made on the container. You may need to break up the film that forms on the top so the methanol can continue to evaporate.

C. Separating the ester free steroid from the solution.

We now something we don't want in our pie plate. Esters which are in a salt form. Neither is soluble in methanol so we can easily remove them! Note: We are saving the white stuff and you can discard the liquid whenever your container gets full.

1. Set up the CFGA.

2. Draw the liquid (water and 1 2% methanol water azeotrope) and white cloud/crystals into a syringe and pour it into the CFGA or just pour the liquid from the pie plate into the CFGA. I recommend using the syringe because the pie plate can be sloppy with large volumes.
3. Pour 4oz water into the pie plate to clean it and then pour that water through the CFGA. (Use 2 oz water for 2 carts)
4. LET THE WATER COMPLETELY DRAIN BEFORE ADDING CLEAN RINSE WATER.
Rinse the white contents of the filter with 4oz 8oz more water or until it doesn't smell fishy any longer. Do this 2 3 times.
5. Check the PH with the strips provided. When it is light green you are done with the rinsing.
6. Take the coffee filter with the white stuff and dump the white stuff back into the pie plate.
7. Discard the contents of the glass from the CFGA.
8. Using your MRB, spray down the filter to remove ALL the white residue into the pie plate. (The AS)

D. Now the water is pretty much gone and we need to get the AS back into solution.
>
1. Add as much methanol as it takes to get most of the mass to dissolve. Add 12oz for every 5 carts.
2. You may need to let it set so that the methanol can break up the association of the AS for itself. Stirring helps.

E. Getting the estradiol into solution for separation

1. For every 2 carts add 1/8 teaspoon of bottle #2 to an 8oz cup again.
2 Put the powder from bottle #2 into a cup that will hold 8oz water. If you have 5 carts you need to do 1/8 slightly heaping teaspoon in 8oz and then 1/8 more heaping teaspoon in an additional 8 oz. for a total of ¼ teaspoon for 5 carts.
3. The solution will turn white and after 15 minutes stir the white mass for a minute or two with a glass or plastic stirrer.
4. You may get a second crust on the top which you will have to stir again to speed the methanol evaporation.
5. Let the methanol evaporate until it is back to the marks you originally made on the container.


F. Straining out the testosterone.

Estradiol is soluble in the water because of what was in bottle number and what you see floating around is the pure test! Note: Again, we are saving the white mass in the filter and you can
discard the liquid at any time.

1. Set up the CFGA.
2. Pour or syringe the contents of the pie plate into the CFGA. Let ALL OF THE SOLUTION drain through BEFORE you start doing the water rinses.
3. Rinse the plate with 8oz water (for 5 carts) and pour through the CFGA 5 times.
4. The more you rinse with water, the purer testosterone you will get in the end. Use the pH strips at this point and keep rinsing until the pH strip does not turn blue, but a light green.
5. Discard the contents of the glass. (Estradiol and base)
6. Place the entire coffee filter with its white contents back into the pie plate.

7. Let the liquid evaporate overnight.

You may still want to dissolve the white powder in methanol so that you can see for yourself that you have pure T needles.

Reading.

1. Make the coffee filter and contents of the coffee filter is 100% dry and should look and feel like talcum powder and should NOT have a salty taste. If it is salty, you just need to do another water rinse.
2. Dissolve all the powder in as little methanol as possible.
3. Pour the solution back into the pie plate and let evaporate at room temp which will allow you to see the needles the easiest. If you set it in the sun the needles will develop too fast and you won't be able to read the crystals to see if you have any estradiol or residual salt. (Any of those should be neglible if you have followed the directions, but it is nice to KNOW that YOU have done it right.)
4. After the needles develop you may see a little salt stuck on the bottom. Remove ONLY the CLEAR NEEDLES and leave the white residue and any white salt pockets behind. You will, most likely have some salt in there, but this amount will be negligible.

Sterile 100mg/ml steps.

Preparation.

Read directions all the way through, first.

Sterile directions.

1. Add all the hormone to vial #3.
2. Boil some water or turn on an electric element to the lowest setting or simmer.
3. Place vial #3 into the water or directly onto a heating element until the crystals dissolve and any little bits of >pill' filler are dissolved. When using a heating element you should be able to hold the
vial at a point halfway down the vial. If you can't hold the vial, the heat is too high! The solution must be hot enough that it becomes clear.
4. Let set until cooled to slightly warmer than room temp with the stopper. If you see crystallization you must heat again slightly and then start to filter! If it is too hot (over 250F) you will compromise the sterility of the filter so you MUST pay attention.
5. Using an 18g sterile needle and a 10ml syringe, draw 2 3ml of oil or water out of the oil or water #4 vial. Replace the guard onto the needle and set the syringe aside.
6. Draw the contents of vial #3 (hot) into the second syringe using the other 18g needle provided. (See V3 for an alternative)
7. Turn the syringe upside down.
8. Remove the needle.
9. Open the sterile filter package, but leave the filter in the plastic.
10. Holding the filter through the plastic, place the sterile syringe filter onto the syringe.

11. Remove the stopper from vial #4 and place that stopper into the now empty sterile syringe container making sure that you DO NOT touch the bottom of the stopper with your hands. (See V2 for an alternative for which you don't need to remove the stopper.)
12. Place the syringe filter immediately onto the mouth of the sterile vial #4.
13. Push all the contents of the syringe into the vial by grasping the syringe with 2 hands. Using your index fingers or thumbs push down on the plunger while continuing to hold onto the syringe with 2 hands. DO NOT EXERT EXTREME PRESSURE DOWNWARD ONTO THE SYRINGE FILTERS! If you move the wrong way the vial will go shooting across the table and there goes your experiment. Also, if you push too hard the flow through the syringe filter will slow. It should take no more than 30 seconds to run all the contents of the syringe through the filter.

14. When the solution from vial #3 is out of the syringe you will need to get the syringe with the 2 3ml oil that you set aside earlier. Grasping the syringe filter by its sides, unscrew the syringe which held the contents of vial #1 and LEAVE THE SYRINGE FILTER ON THE VIAL!
15. Push 1ml 2ml of oil through the syringe filter or until you see that the solution coming out of the filter is clear. I don't care how hard it is, but you have to push 1ml 2ml through until it clears. You can draw back on the syringe and get some air into the syringe and that moves the fillers around if you have to.
16. Replace the rubber stopper when all the oil has been pushed through the syringe.
17. Use for animals, research, or discard. This practice in crystalline solutions and sterility is not intended for human use.

Variations:
V1. Put pellets into vial one and then place into/onto your heat source ntil pellets are dissolved. Should take 1/2 hour. It takes about 10 minutes if you crush the pellets with a glass rod.

V2. Tear out the center seal of the sterile vial. Insert a needle only into the vial to relieve pressure. Place a needle onto the syringe filter.

V3. I use this technique all the time as it is very fast.
A. Pull the plunger out of the syringe.
B. Place your finger over the hole where the needle would go.
C. Pour the contents of vial #1 into the syringe.
D. Keeping your finger over the hole, place the plunger about 1/8 to1/4 inch into the syringe barrel.
E. Turn the combination upside down while holding onto the plunger.
F. Remove your finger from the hole. Push the air out of the syringe.

V4. Evidently you are using Finaplix and/or you sucked up filler and your filter jammed or you wouldn't be reading this. After you have tried back drawing a couple times it is probably toast. We can get most of the solution out of the SF and you will have to switch to the second SF to finish.
A. Take the syringe with vial #1 solution off vial #2, but leave the SF on vial #2.
B. Get the syringe which has the oil in it and screw that on to the SF on vial #2.

C. Push the oil through until the solution becomes clear.
D. Remove the oil syringe, but leave the SF on vial#2.
E. Using any syringe you have, blow air through the SF until nothing but air comes out.
F. Get the second SF and replace the toasted SF with the new one immediately.
G. Place the syringe with solution #1 back onto the new syringe.

wow... from scanning through that monstrosity I assume the methanol is evaporated for the sole perpose of making the process overly complicated; no, really when the methanol is evaporated in that method all your goods are still in solution/suspension and multi rinsed, but I wouldn't go through all the trouble. The method in your first post is the one people commonly use for test base or test prop alike (depending on if you buy D's solublizer or not) and it works well and has about 14 less steps involved. I'd personally stick to that.
