So I started taking kdrol for the first time a week ago Sunday. I never planed on logging but now feel I should because it is really starting to kick in! I'm 8 days in and starting to feel very hard pumps and stronger. I took a pic before and will post it now to show u where I started. So here it what I'm doing.

Kdrol. 300/350/350/350/350/350
Ai cycle support. Started 1 week prior

Pct
Forma stanzol. 10 pumps twice daily
Forge post cycle

i've been very surprised myself. Didn't think I'd see these kinds of results this fast. It's also my first time running any PH. I feel like i'm 20 years old again!!

IMO, you could have got down to at least 15% BF easily with a bit of added cardio and tighten diet. Nevertheless, I wish you good luck.

It's my 2 year old sons playroom LMAO!!!!! I was waiting for someone to notice. Notice your a fellow jersey boy!!! I'll update as often as I can and will be posting my diet and workouts shortly for any input you guys might have.

This is what I'm currently eating.

Oatmeal with 2 tsp. peanut butter

10:30: protien shake

12:30: Grilled chicken, green veggies, brown rice

3:30: 100 cal. pack of almonds

6:30 Grilled chicken, plain potatoe, veggies

8:45 - 10:00 gym 4-5 days per week, 35 mins weight, 10 mins abs, 20 min cardio

10:15 oatmeal and apple

Prior to this I was only eating 2 to 3 times a day.

Twenty minutes of cardio will be a good starting point, but you'll probably want to eventually up that duration.

I'm going to follow along to see how this goes and help keep you accountable :D

I would add some protein to your breakfast and post WO meal. at the very min. some BCAA's

I've never taken BCAA'S before, do they really help, what your experience with them if any? I may have to get some power chews!

yes they help. Powerchews would be just as good, also nice since its one less drink or 7-10 pills that you dont have to consume throughout the day.

Leucine will put your body into an anabolic state, it will halt catabolism. Being on cycle you dont want your muscles to go without protein

BCAAs are very beneficial for preworkout, intra, and post workout. You definitely do not want to go into the gym to lift without a good source of aminos in you, either with protein or BCAAs. You can get some bulk BCAA or get something like the BCAA powerchews that will give you them in chewable delicious tablets. They are very convenient too, and I use them pretty much every day ;)

Well if he eats a light pre WO meal he shouldnt need them. I would try to munch a few in between meals. maybe a couple during your WO, etc.

Really anytime where you go without eating for 2-3hrs

thanks for the input guys!! All advice is greatly appreciated. I just ordered the power chews.

I did chest and bi's last night and felt amazing pumps!!! They closed the gym on me didn't want to leave!! Really starting to feel and get stronger as well. Weights and reps are going up.:hump:

I know what you mean! I'm on day 6 and I already feel the strength difference, it's like I can keep cranking out the reps, don't wanna stop! With the weights moving and that "on" feeling, along with some good tunes it's second only to sex. Speaking of which that's off the chain too! :hump:Hopefully it doesn't decline. I had to dial it back on the furuza, started off at 300 and felt it was too much, so I'm going with 200 and will increase it along the cycle.

hell yeah sex is crazy!! I started at 300 and didn't feel much but at 350 it really kicks in. I hope it stays this way. Good luck with your run let me know how is goes for you stay tuned, I will post pics once a week

Question. Is it normal to be sensitive to the sun and heat on cycle? I was in the sun yesterday and the heat was killing me! I kept my shirt on and my chest and skin felt tingly? Also maybe I'm getting gyno? My nipples just yesterday started to feel a little itchy? I have forma that I was going to start in a week or 2 maybe I should start now?? Anyone with experience please help!

I cant say that I have heard of that side effect from being on cycle. I'm not saying that it cant effect it, but I've just never heard of it. I would just make sure you have some sun block on when out in the sun....whether on or off cycle. Katans should also not cause gyno. Although it can give estrogen related side effects to some people just like any other PH/DS can. If this is a problem or if you start getting more nipple sensitivity and/or puffy nipples then you can start Forma. You can start Forma now if you would like to with no problem and may even want to do that anyways to enhance your cycle bud ;)

Forma at 5 pumps in the morning and 5 pumps in the PM is ideal IMO man. In PCT I would run it the same way and not increase dosage. The goal in PCT is to control estrogen and not completely crush it. Some estrogen is needed so I would not increase the dosage in PCT.

Its hard to say how much Glucosamine and MSM to take. It can vary from person to person. I know for me when I ran Epi, I ran both of them at double what the recommended dosage was on the bottle and thats pretty much what cured my joint problem, but it may be a bit different for you. I would just start out at recommended dosage and if need be increase from there.

One bottle of Helladrol will be more than enough at the dosage I told you, and you will need 2 bottles of Katana to get a good run out of it man. :)

Probably pre-workout and then have some solid food or protein shake post workout.

The reason for that is that Formastanozol will dry you out and you will lose some water weight. On cycle you carry more water than normal, and when you lose some of it you will be more dry and appear leaner, but you may also not look as pumped due to the water weight coming off. Its just water though, and don't let it bother you.

So as promised 2 week update. Still feeling real good at the gym. I feel like I'm putting on good size and cutting up nicely! People are starting to comment . It's hard to tell from the pics put I lost about a inch on my belly this week! :dance2: Also my arms, chest and shoulder have bulked up nice. Just wish I had someone to take pictures for me it's hard to do it in the mirror.

I assume a bad influence correct? Can you link me to the article if possible. Would love to read it.
