MMv3 how should I dose it..

I got a bottle with the trifecta stack..Was wondering how I should dose it..I usually wake up 2:00pm I go to bed at 7:00am..

The bottle says take 3 to 5 tablets per day in divided doses..

So what the best way to divided it up is my question?
