    Sounds like degenerative disc, I have those wonderful genetics myself, Ryan. Sorry to hear that man. The toughest part for me is turning down the intensity, I've always been a "all or nothing" kind of guy and the last 2 years I have learned that, unless I just want to subscribe to the nothing part, I must slow down a bit and accept that my body is not the same as it was 10 years ago. I still do pulls, only front squats, absolutely zero back squats, and always wear a belt and I don't care if I'm just doing curls.

    I've found that heavier compound movements are best preformed after pre-exhausting the muscles, it's obviously not the same as pulling 5 bills off the floor, but to me the movement is also important, not just the weight. I just had a cortisone shot last Friday, I wish they worked better, but I'm doing everything I can to stay off the operating table. As long as my legs stay big, I won't freak out too much.

    Okay, I am 7 days in.

    Strength: Moderate
    size: I look noticeably bigger
    water retention: Medium/ not sure how much
    pump/fullness: Medium

    I have somewhat a little better of well being actually..hmm. Things seem like there increasing. I'm hoping i get more strength from this and more increased size and increased fullness and pumps! Ill be updating more soon.

    Once a week logs are hard to follow, what goes on during that week? How much training did he do? What's the diet like?

  31. He's ~10 days into it, which is mainly kick in time and not when the LBM begins to build. It's amazing how hypercritical people are of the logs on any forum. If it were a sponsored log, then he'd have a bit of a point, but this guy paid for his own product and decided to run a log on his own time.

  39. Okay well im giving an update. So far its working..but its not very impressive. Hopefully it will kick in better soon. I don't really have all day perpetuos pumps and hardness. I don't have that feeling of looking at any weight in front of me and just busting out reps either. Maybe these things will kick in all of a sudden.
