The tabs are sublingual but can I take it orally and get the same effect?

If you mean to simply swallow the tab... no it won't be the same. They are sublingual for enhanced bioavailability.

Well in essence, you are taking them orally.... just put'em in your mouth, hold it for a minute or so under the tongue and swallow.

Do you spread the dose throughout the day? And what is the optimal dose to take?
Right now I am taking 2 tabs four times a day for a total of 8 tabs a day.

Also this converts to DHT correct?
If my foam is a recomp or cut cycle is there any other PH I should stack with it that would help me best achieve my goals? Epi, superdrol, hdrol, tren, etc...?
