Buying Pins in the US - can i buy in a pharmacy?

I dont live in the US, but have a trip coming up.

Can i buy slin pins and IM pins in a local pharmacy or do I have to buy online?

Yes, Walgreens all over the US sells IM's for .50 cents each. No 'script necessary.
