Running PH with 20%+ BF

    Running PH with 20%+ BF


    I know of the many reasons to wait until your BF is lower before running a PH, I am just wondering how many people HAVE run cycles with 20%+ BF and what kinds of results/sides you saw.

    I am trying to get an idea of just how much more likely sides may be, or how gains may be hindered by running a cycle with 20%+ bodyfat

    Stop being lazy, seriously. That's not a troll, just fix your diet and hit the gym. I can't stand this "I need muscle now!!!" attitude from people who don't know the first thing about fitness. If you want any advice on how to get the results you want WITHOUT PH, I'd be more than happy to give it to you.

    with 20% BF you should be able to lose 1-2lb a wk, esp at 240lb. Wait 6wks and than run a cutting type PH, Katandrol, 11-sterone, P stanz.
