After reading this:
''Three tablets contain:
Celery (Apium graveolens) (seed) 1,800mg
(from 450mg of a 4:1 extract)''
1 tab is 600mg , and not sure of how much purity there is but its a major english company who makes it (H&B).
How many a day should I take? and should I test it now to see if it lowers BP?
I ordered Celery seed extract for my BP control. However, i realised when it came that the dose is massive:I would look into celery seed extract at 75mg twice a day; far superior to hawthorn berry imo as it mimics a calcium channel blocker and mild diuretic to lower arterial pressures.
