Preload: hawthorn berry or celery seed extract?

I have 2 choices for preloading for BP control:

Three tablets contain:
Celery (Apium graveolens) (seed) 1,800mg (from 450mg of a 4:1 extract)

or

Hawthorn caps
565mg

Any comments which is effective/more effective at lowering BP?

The more popular choice is probably hawthorne berry pre-loaded 2 weeks, then continue throughout cycle.

I use both, but have read recently (within the past two weeks) on this forum that celery seed extract is the better of the two.

I low dose both year round so I can't answer that question, but it certainly won't hurt.

I've heard that HB need to be preloaded, but CS extract basically has an immediate effect on BP. Sorry, I don't have any links to this info - but remember reading this somewhere. Just make sure you get the 85% 3nB CS extract... makes a difference based on what I've read.

Hum, interesting...

I've always taken Celery Seed Extract, didn't know that was one of its benefits.
