    Hello, ProHormone Question....


    Hello,

    I've been working out for around 1 year and a half.... I have gained muscle and strenght but I think I should have more muscle by now.... Anywaysw, was thinking about taking prohormones.... Are they really worth it? Will you see good gains? Are the risk worth the rewards? Also which one would you recommend for a starter?

    i would diff train for 4-6 plus year before even considering prohormones. make sure your diet and training is in check if you arent seeing gains naturally. my diet is consist of 40/35/25 protein/carb/fat ratio at about 2800-3200 calories depending on the day. everyone is different adjust yours as needed. supplement i recommend is
    whey protein
    casien protein
    fish oil
    multi vitamin
    creatine
    bcaa
    pre workout if you have the money
    test booster depending on your age.

    if you do decide to go the prohormone route and you have your heart set on it and no one can change your mind, i would do halodrol. cycle assist 2 weeks prior to cycle till end of pct.
    halodrol 50/50/50/75/75/75

    pct
    nova 20/20/10/10
    suppress c
    natty test boost

    if you absolutly cant get a serm, here is an otc pct
    inhibit-e 3/2/2/1
    supress c
    natty test booster

    i would diff train longer before trying prohormones due to the fact that you still can make good gains naturally

    I think Danny gave some good advice. Maybe you could look into a natural test boosting stack if you're trying to break through some plateaus. There are plenty of options out there that don't include steroids and prohormones.

    theres no way you've reached your fullest natural potential in only a year and a half. Hold off, make some good gains, master your training, know your body and stay true to a perfect diet. In time when you do finally do decide to take something, you will produce better gains and have an easier time maintaining them.

    TheRonin, have you tried increasing your protein intake recently? If you're not gaining, it could definitely be due to your diet.

    Not to argue but if you're of age and have reached the end of your growth plate and have a sound foundation physically and in your diet, then go ahead and do what Arnold, Lou, Sergio, and everyone since has done. You have to start somewhere and they started in their early 20's. It's history.
