quick dosing Q

so im doing 30mg epistane currently.
10mg pills.. should i be spacing the pills 10mg AM, 10mg afternoon, 10mg PM?

or would i be cool dosing 20mg AM then 10mg PM? (this is what ive been doing)

down the road will bump to 40mg, was thinking 20mg AM, 20mg PM

keep doing what your doing, and when you bump it up, add that extra 10mg into your pre w/o shake.
