    Jonathan A. Avery was a man of humble origins who grew up on a farm in central Nevada.     A young graphic artist, completely enthralled with Jayvree, uploaded a painting of Jayvree to a geocities page on September 3, 1996. The only contact information he provided with the picture was an email address, MyDoublesCheckEm@aol.com an account which, according to AOL, was only an active account from September 1, 1996 to September 4, 1996. This picture began to circulate and was superimposed on other pictures to attempt to bring them up to Jayvree quality.

    Sadly, moments after Jayvree's film, No Entry: Challenge Accepted, he was killed in a collision involving a Unicycle and a Walrus. You can still find the artist rendition of his famous 'cool-face' on many websites.

    That is the most complete and accurate history of trollface I've ever read.

    However, you did forget to mention Avery's love of dance in which he often refers to himself as the, "true hustle and flow". Due to this fact, there are many instances found online where second, third, fourth (cont.) generation trolls pay homage to Avery with a dance of troll celebrations. To be legitimate, the dance must be impromptu and full of passion. If not, the celebration is considered to be amateur and to have a complete lack of swagger.

    All lifts were up yesterday except for shoulder press. Once thing I definitely notice is I seem to have a bit more explosiveness in my lifts after the first and second rest/pause of my work set (I do DC style training remember). After that first set to failure and then only a 30 second pause before starting again, I'm normally really moving the weight slowly and yesterday I seemed to get aggressive in the second/third portion of the work set.

    That fact coupled with really seeing veins pop in the mirror, it's very encouraging.

    I read Tim Ferris's book, the 4 hour body and suggest taking ala, gte, and aged garlic- all together before meals to control insulin, blood sugar perhaps a bit of nutrient repartitioning. I started taking that stack and have noticed some fat loss, but im hoping the garlic has some general health benefits as well. BSL, do you think Kyolic or aged garlic is better than just a regular garlic supp? I went and bought a boat load of regular garlic in gelcaps from Puritan's pride.

    I love DC, but every time I try it I end up over training and get sick after not too long. I want to give it another shot.. Maybe this fall. Ah and 4 weeks into your cycle sounds right to see strength gains for ah/al.

    We are seeing some success with longer administration of AndroHard for gyno reduction. Should have bloods soon as well for these 16 week plus cycles.

    Yeah, perhaps I wasnt following it right, but those rest pause sets I seemed to take to the extreme. I think today id be better suited as my nutrition and supplementation are more on point.

    E felt like it had no effect on me... appetite was still ravenous throughout even with 100mg per day. Melanotan II destroyed my appetite though.

    Nope not sick... should it have? I was using bronkaid too. That's why I ended up stopping, I didn't want the other active in me at such high doses.

    been on androhard for 3 weeks now going on 4..2 pillx 2x a day..I got another bottle on the way i love this stuff,i want to up the dosage.The energy in the gym is amazing,you dont want to stop working out..The pump is great.When you do cardio you just keep going on and on.Im running 200mg test prop with it..I kickstarted the cycle with epi then added androhard..heres a pic from last week.I keep getting leaner and seeing more veins ive never seen before..I have clen on my hands and will run it the last 4 weeks..I went from 165 lbs to 175 while losing fat.I seem to keep gaining slowly.I walk around 180..Ive been 190lbs before and ive never lookd this good..
