FIRST CYCLE HELP!!!

OK a little bit about me, im 21 yrs old been lifting for 2.5 years and im 5'8 178 lbs 15% bf

i will be starting epistane cycle soon...but i want to break down what i planned out so far and i want you guys to review and add in any tips etc....

AI cycle support will be preloaded before cycle starts

CYCLE : on cycle : EPISTANE / AI CYCLE SUPPORT

POST CYCLE THERAPY : AI CYCLE SUPPORT / NOLVA 20/20/10/10 / Activate extreme

So basically im making a general outline i have learnt so far. AND NO I AM NOT TAKING A PH YET....waiting a couple years (im 20 goin to 21)
Ok so it goes like this like

ON CYCLE : 1) epistane ( for example)

PCT: 1) SERM(nolva or clomid),AI or test booster , cortisol control


i am still unsure what you really need for on cycle so any help would be appreciated

i wish I could help you, but I have no idea WTF Epistane is yet, I've been using gear for over 11 yrs now and have not come across this epistane

Epistane- same thing as Havoc (2a,3a-epithio17a methyl-17b-hydroxy-5a-androstane).

Your still to young to take PH's, but I try not to judge. What is the dosage of Epi you want to take?

looks fine to me, start epi around 30 or 40mgs n run it for about 6 weeks
