increasing clen doseage - 1st time user

i've read a lot of good info on clen here (thanks)

when you ramp up your doseage do you wait until you
feel no effect from the original doseage? for instance if you
start with 40 mcg and you get the shakes would you stay
at 40 mcg until you no longer shake or feel it? or would you increase
to 60 automatically after 1 or 2 days and see if you can tolerate that?


also - if you use for 2 weeks and then stop for 2 (maybe using eca)
how many times can you repeat that pattern. i've heard twice and
i've heard three times. thanks

40/40/40/60/60/60/80/80/80/100/100/100/80/80/80/60/60/60/40/40/40
mcg each day
this is merely a basis point and should be adjusted to your individual tolerance. Personally I wouldn;t do any more than three two weekers. You don;t want to develop a tolerance.
 
It is unlikely that 40mcg will have a large noticable effect, so increase the clen every few days as needed. Typically women will peak out at roughly 100mcg. However, you may need less or more; therefore it is important to adjust by the way you feel. I would suggest 15 days on, 15days off, 15 days on. In that time period, one should be able to make some moderate changes.
