Is Phantom Labs Phorce a Dark Cyde Sledge clone?

Was looking to get a bottle of Phorce, but can't find it in any shop that ships to europe other than gogumbo.com, and it seems like a dodgy one.

Was now wondering if Dark Cyde's Sledge is the same product with similar quality, because for me it has better availability?
