Cytomel and IF?

Hey guys, quick question for you. I am currently running 50mcg of T3 every morning, and taking a maintenance dose of test, 250mg a week. Diet is good, and protein is very high, 1.5g per lb of bodyweight minimum. My question is on how crucial meal frequency is when taking T3. I would really like to do intermittent fasting (16 hour fast 8 hour feed daily), but don't know if it would be the wisest idea. I've heard differing opinions on this. Some tell me that it isn't going to change the laws of nutrition, so IF would be fine. Others tell me that ANY fasting period with a highly catabolic hormone in your blood is not the best idea. My knowledge of the MOA of T3 is rudimentary at best, can someone give me an answer?

I personally wouldn't think it would make any difference. As long as you're getting your cals in, you should be fine. You're still taking in the same amount in a 24-hour period; just in a smaller window, not less frequency on a day-to-day basis.
