Ok currently im cutting down (235 in march now 205-210 range)(was 285 4 years ago) and im basically stuck @ 205 and see up to 210 on some days as i fluctuate. I still want to rip more fat off and of course at the same time preserve or slightly increas LBM and was thinking of adding in some H-drol or epi (have done gear in the past as well as ph's so a ph wont be new to me) Only thing real thing i want to see is the weight to keep going down and think if i add in a ph i will flatline and be stuck above 200 as i add in some muscle while dropping off some fat. Question 1. do you think i should add in a ph? (been cutting for 3+months now but still got chunk to drop) 2. Is it possiable to add in a lite ph and still see numbers drop on the scale?
