    Swole Summer thread/LOG 7/1/11! LETS DO IT!


    Just starting a thread of my upcoming cycle! All jump on in with any tips on my cycle/support/pct I will be posting below! First off first things first! Ive had 2 previous cycles with PH's First being Halodrol! and Second being superdrol. Also a AA cycle of test solo!For my Stats:

    Weight: 179lbs
    Height: 5"8
    B/f%:9%


    Diet: Clean Meats currently Im only eating are Chicken breasts/Ground beef. Bringing in around 280 grams of protein daily. Carb intake Is consisting mostly of oats/potatoes/veggies. Taking in around 380grams daily as well. As for fats Ima guess around 85-95grams a day. My caloric intake is around 2900-3100.
    Now For my cycle I will be running Tren Ace/Test prop EOD dosages following monday ,weds, fri. are dosing days.

    Will be dosing Test Prop at 150mg EOD, And Tren ace at 100mg EOD!
    Superdrol: 20/20/20
    Test prop:00 /00/450/450/450/450/450/450/450/450/450/450
    Tren Ace: 00/00/300/300/300/300/300/300/300/300/000/000
    Caber and Aromasin,will be on hand for Progest/gyno sides. If Sides do happen Will be dosing carber at .5mg 2x a week, Along with 25mg E.D of Aromasin. Blood pressure supps on cycle will be CoQ10 Also along with Omega 3's. Now For PCT

    I plan on Running Toremefinedosed at:120/90/60/30
    Aromasin: 00/00/25/25/25
    Caps a day of Testopro: 04/04/04/04

    My Goal for this cycle Is gain a good lean 14lbs of muscle mass! not fat/bloat!

    Ok let the cycle begin starting it early because ima kick start with 4 weeks prior before i start it with 20mg of superdrol for 4 weeks, I know u dont need to kick start test prop/tren ace but ima hopefully try and get the most out of this cycle because it is my summer cycle.! Will keep you update tom is my first dose of the SD.

    Alright guys my thread has officially Started, I am Actually kick starting my cycle with Superdrol, Ehh most of you may not agree with it because it isn't needed with test prop/tren ace because they are both fast acting esters, but Im trying something new. So I'm currently on 20mg E.d Of superdrol on day 5 of it and alrdy am up 6lbs, So truth is I weighed around 180lbs not to long ago, but went on vacation for 2 weeks and lost so much weight, Didnt eat good for **** got stuck in the casino gambling, So now back from my vacation and currently weighing in at 174lbs As of today, I will be posting up some before pics soon, When I get around too it, Jump in on the thread if u'd like appreciate any feed back! And please dont bash me like u guys did with that guy who Did a cycle of tren/test/mast and didnt work out for his cycle cause he wanted to get leaner ;/

    lol i hope thats a joke.



    great cycle btw. only thing different i would do, is dont wait 2 weeks to get into tren. start it with the prop, and give it 2 weeks of prop only run than start PCT. SD in the beggining could be a recepie for injury. try not to PR by 40lbs on bench lol.

    Hahah I dont really lift to heavy on bench/shoulder due to having a bad shoulder anyways, What do u mean wait 2 weeks ? im starting tren/prop at same time haha maybe I mistaked how I wrote it above, But today I feel great Woke up bright n early so far, And today is an off day So not much to write about or any updates, Although yesturday in the gym I was a beast on triceps which is usually my weakest era, I threw up 135lbs for skull crushers, which is rediculous for me so I know the superdrols alrdy working. Other then that keep updated for tom

    Back to gym today its gonna be an ARM/back day. Will keep yoy updateed after the gym. The strength gains from SD are ridiculous as well as weight gain. I'm up 8lbs already on day 8

    Great workout today,Today was back day. Really felt the superdrol kickin in full swing this time around in the gym, the aggresiveness was amazing. Strength was up a **** ton, Overall the cycle is great start so far, up 8lbs and Looking aloot fuller as well, Got a clean full lean look, Veins even popping out on the inside of my arms as well, cant wait to start weaving in the prop and tren ace to see how it really turns out.

    Well lets start of for today Was a bicep day and damn has my strength went up, Weight is still the same, sitting around 176lbs actually in the morning Upon awakening. So starts for my meals of the day:

    Breakfast
    : 2 Cups of oatmeal, 52grams of whey protein

    Snack
    :8 ounces of steak,2 servings of sweet potatoes

    Lunch: 5 Eggs boiled and 3 cups of 2% milk.

    Post workout: 1 1/2 cups of Oatmeal and 52 grams of whey protein

    Dinner: 12 ounces of Talipa Fish 2 servings of Sweet potatoes

    Bedtime snack: 26 grams of whey protein, 1 Potatoe, 4 TBSP of Peanut butter

    So today was bicep day as I said here was my routine:

    Incline seated curls:

    Warmup 20x10

    45x10
    45x10
    45x8

    Between each set I did superset hammer curls for 10x with 20lbs dumbells

    Concentration Curls:

    75x6
    75x6
    75x4

    Never been this strong for 1 handed concentration curls! Was shocked with the amazing pumps as well in the gym for only being 9 days in!

    This excercise Im not sure what its called but I go on the smith machine and bring my grip shoulder with and relaxed my wrists and I curl up the bar.

    Smith Machine Excercise

    Single Cable Concentration Curls

    That was about it for my arm workout for the day, the supersets in the begging really gave me such a painful pump my arms became numb in the end of the workout haha. Keep you guys updated for tom, Its chest day And I've always been rather week on my chest.

    this cycle spells fukced lipids to the EXTREME, but some sick strength gains- i wouldnt expect too much mass- maybe 12 keepable lbs perhaps 15lbs

    What steroid doesnt **** your lipids up nowdays **** lol, Im only gonna run the sd for 3 weeks total, then start the prop/tren , Im running toco8 along with hawthorne and Red yeast rice to somewhat help with lipids all together. what else would you reccomend schwell

    Today had a great Chest workout. Started with:

    Seated Chest press:
    -90x20

    -270x8

    -360x4
    , After last set supersetted with 270 for 8x, then with 90 for 10x.

    Dumbell Fly's:

    -30x14

    -40x12

    -45x10, Between each set did a set of 10x reps on dips


    Incline Benchpress:

    -185x10

    -185x10

    -190x6
    , then did a burn out with 135x12.

    Cable Fly's:

    -100x13

    -100x13

    -100x14
    , Pushed myself hard on this one since it was my last set of the workout, Was beat from the dip super sets.

    Can Really feel the superdrol working , Just the lethargy is killing me, So hard to get up in the morning because I cant sleep for **** at night. Im probably getting around 5-6 hours of sleep if that . Also Had the worst headache all day yesterday but its gone today, Just feel very lethargic. So as of my meals today here the following:

    Breakfast:
    -2 cups of oatmeal
    -36grams of whey protein

    PWO Snack: 2 1/2 cups of Pasta

    PWO meal: 2 Chili cheese dogs: I know but I haven't really had any cheat meals for awhile now was craving em so bad after the gym today. Also 26 Grams of whey protein and 1 cup of oatmeal.

    Sorry guys havent been on to update my log seems like no ones following along but all good will still keep it logged, So far Im up to 178lbs. May all just be from the superdrol, but I ended up just having to run prop alone. So far so good libido is thru the roof!!! Sometimes cant even control erections they come outta nowhere, I even catch myself checking out fat bitches! So today is shoulder day! Hopefully I get this new record broken my dumbell press is stuck at 95lbs hopefully I can get the 100s up today! Will keep you guys informed! heres my following workout for shoulders:

    Dumbell Press: Warmup with 30's for 15 reps

    60x10
    80x10
    95x6

    Fly's:

    35x10
    40x8
    50x5

    Rear delt flys:

    30x14
    40x8
    45x6

    Military press's is my burnout:

    135x14

    155x10

    175x til failure

    Shrugs for my last:

    100x18
    90x16
