Accidentally double dosed my Havoc..

Yea, I woke up a little dazed from sleep this morning at 915 and took my first dose @ 20mg. (I'm dosing a total of 40mg/day this week and next.) In my confusion, I accidentally took my 2nd and 3rd dose about 15 minutes ago.

So, did I just eff myself over a little taking a full days dose at one time? (Mind you it was about 30-45 min between taking them) Today is shoulders day, is it gonna be ok to workout as hard as I've been doing, or should I do a light workout and just make up for it tomorrow?

It's a high dose but not a biggie people run that much now and again. Just continue as usual at the gym or go extra hard. See what side effects if any crop up and manage from there. Won't upset blood levels too much, nothing to worry about.
