I'm looking for something for fairly lean mass gains . I'm 20 years old , 5'10 175lbs and have been working out for a few years .My main concern is side affects , so the milder the better . Heres a picture of me at 183lbs in April . Invalid Link Removed I injured my shoulder in May , and I can finally lift heavy now without any shoulder pain so I would like to add some mass while staying as lean as possible .
