I was curious to know if I would benefit at all from changing up my workouts while on an SD cycle. I have some problematic areas, i.e shoulders and biceps, that i'd like to improve upon, and I was wondering if it would be best to mainly focus on training these muscles while on cycle and possibly even training them twice a week because of increased recovery from the cycle? Also, would working in a higher rep range like 10-12 be better than a lower rep range?
