I am going to start an H-Drol cycle soon, been working out for a couple years, 6'4 180 about 12% BF right now. I would like to get to about 186 pounds and drop the BF to 8-9% Is this possible on a 6 week cycle of Hdrol at 75mg straight?

What would be a good recomp diet as far as macros go? about 100 fat, 200 protein, and how many carbs while on cycle? I play a lot of basketball as well (3-4 days per week)

Also, I know I should take liver support before, during, and after cycle, but since I can't get my hands on SERMs and people say they are not necessary for Hdrol what would be a good PCT if no SERM?
