    I AM SICK.. of feeling over loaded with info


    ok here is the deal.
    I would like to put on some weight.. 15+ pounds. I really dont want to go the steroid route but everytime I get into researching PH's I feel like I am in a constant InfoMercial!!
    I would like to know the real deal here.
    if I use 1-AD do need the 4AD and what else can I add to the mix to get the best results? I am not against Transdermals but I am lucky to be able to make coolaid!
    Any help would be great!

    Yeah i hear ya bro. Dont let all the info get in the way of a good choice. As far as homebrewing being complicated, BDC as taken all the work out of that for you. They took there well researched transdermal formula and made it available to us at a damn good price. Id say a nice 1-test 4-ad combo should be able to pack some pounds on ya. Keep working out hard and eating a ton and youll get there.

    Thats is correct. Homebrew is no that hard to make. BUT bdc has given you an alternate option. You can buy homebrew. I would suggest the t1-pro approch either to buy or brew yourself. It has 10g 1-test and 5g 4-ad. The 1-test will do all the work and the 4-ad will help with lethatrgy and help to gain alittle... The t1-pro can be used for 2 4 weeks cycles. That is what i would suggest. you wil pack on pounds especally if it is your first time using.... Hope that helps. If not keep asking.. talk to ya

    Since you want mass (I'm assuming)

    You could either buy T-1 (10g 4-AD and 5g 1-Test) and add in the DMSO


    or


    you could get the T-4 (12g 4-AD) add the DMSO and go for 300-600mg 1-AD/day

    4 on/4 off/4 on or 6 week cycles of either one...


    Plain and simple...

    Yea, those guys are right man, BDC and the other bro's here have pretty much done all the work for you...but I always preach nutrition also, head to the Nutrition section, Read the bulking/weight gain thread, do the math and then nutriton becomes much easier also.

    here is what I try to get ED
    300-350g protein

    example of bk-fast
    5 eggs
    1 glass of milk 16oz
    2-3 sausage links
    2 pieces of toast
    after about an hour 2 packets of EAS Advant Edge in milk ~20oz

    this holds me over for about 3 hours... lol.. =)
