I am 21 and this will be my first prohormone cycle, goal of recomp.
Researched quite a bit...this is what ive come up with so far, just wanted to check to see if this would be an adequate cycle
Preload Hawthorn Berry 550mg 2x daily for 2 weeks
Protomax 50/75/75/75/75/75 (2 bottles)
Supports:
Hawthorn Berry 550mg 2x daily
Saw Palmetto 800mg 2x daily
Fish Oil 1200mg 3x daily
Orange Triad 2/2/2
PCT:
Nolva 20/20/10/10

Livercare 450mg 2x daily
my routine will be
am cardio with few sets of pull ups, push ups and abs 7 days a week
weights will be about 1.5 hr workouts split like
chest, tri
back, bi
quads, hamstrings, calves
Shoulders, delts
diet is good, high protein, around 200g a day, medium carb and low fat. roughly 2000 calories a day
