MY HDROL CYCLE

* HDROL 25/50/50/75/75/75
* organ shield (purus labs) or cycle assist (cel) (dosage as per box)
* multi vitamin
* fish oil

post cycle:
*LIQUID NOVADEX (SERM) 20/20/10/10
*organ shield (purus labs) or cycle assist (cel) (dosage as per box)
*recycle (pct) (purus labs) or cel pct (dosage as per box)
*multi vitamin
*fish oil

did research and came up with this cycle (please let me know if sounds good)...first time using a pro hormone. Kind of nervous using NOLVADEX since i heard it has side effects and is a known carcinogen...would rather take the recycle pct but everyone recommends a serm....just wna make sure this looks legit...pic below

I would just start at 50 with the hdrol. But everything else looks good

No point running 25 mg as mentioned, idk know much about your pct supps. I would add daa tho regardless, it's cheap and very effective

I will be starting a hdrol cycle as well, looks something like this:

Cycle assist 2 weeks prior, then:
Hdrol 50/50/50/50
CEL Cycle assist
Animal Pak
Fish Oil

PCT:
PCT Revolution Black (Similar to Erase)
DAA
Multi Vitamin
ZMA

No SERM since my cycle will only be 4 weeks @ 50.

Honestly, this is my first PH cycle, but after researching if I needed one or not, opinions seem to be split. Some swear by it and others... not so much. With doses 75 or higher a SERM would probably be useful to have on hand if needed, but H-drol has less sides than other PH's and doesn't necessarily require one.

Those are good OTC PCT products to use in addition to a SERM.
