Might sounds dumb but I need to know....When talking about dosage many people say
"nolva
20/20/20/20
SNS DAA
4/4/4/4/4/4
Reduce XT
0/0/3/3/3/3"

this is the dosage taken weekly I assume...? and if it is do you take it spread out in that week or just take that in one day?

20/20/20/20 means your taking 20mg of nolva each day for 4 weeks. Same with the other ones. if it said 100/75/50/50 You would take 100mg every day for the first week, then 75mg every day for the 2nd week. and 50mg each day for the final 14 days
