Helios & HCG in same Slin pin ok?

I have some Helios (clen and yohimbine) and i take HCG 2 x a week and was wondering if i can join the two together in the same pin?

Also If i am trying to get rid of some abdomen fat, do i inject on both sides or in one spot still affects the whole abdomen?

and last thing, i have some Ketotifen and was wondering if i should start taking that @ 2mg or 3mg a day? and should i start from day one or after two weeks?
