First Cycle Help and advice

I am new to PH's and have recently picked up a cycles worth of Dark Cyde Sledge as it was recommended by a friend. It contains 13-Ethyl-3-Methoxy-Gona-2,5(10)-Diene-17-One (pregestrin) dosed at 30mg which is taken twice a day. The other compound is 17-beta-hydroxy-2-alpha (dymethazine) dosed at 15mg also taken twice daily. I also have Humanofort on hand and wondering when that should be taken. I was wondering what else I am going to need and when it should be taken including PCT. Any help I get is very appreciated.
