New to Anabolics

Looking to start using anabolics, not 100% sure where to start out. I'm looking to get pretty hardcore into it. I'm currently 6 feet tall 185 pounds looking to gain a solid amount of weight. Girlfriend doesn't want me to use any needles for some reason, can't argue with her so trying to avoid them. Like I said not sure where to start out any advise would be much appreciated.
