Well my first thought is that you need to get on that kidney stone immediately before it gets larger (and it will). Definitely up your water intake and take other necessary measures.

Sorry about your liver. Don't know what to tell you on that. But hey, I have what might be a 25-30ft intestine so you're not alone with the larger organs (no you bastards, this is not from IGF-1, just genetics [and possibly nutrition]).
