Time untill the DEFINITE ban?

I've searched high and low, yet was unable to find a definite answer. Does anyone know how much time we have for stocking up?

Will it be bussiness as usuall on the first of august?

someone posted a link to a site that tracks the status of the bill. last I checked it was still in the senate. I'll see if I can find the link.
