ANDROGEN RECEPTOR SITES AND INDOLE 3 CARBINOL

Hi

im curious to know ifthe number of AR sites is preset as part of our genetics , especially in the prostate and scalp.

THE reason i ask is because ive started to use indole -3 carbinol over a period of 3 months and im loosing my hair, at the crown badly.

ive never thought that there could be a connection as i-3-c is touted as being good for hair loss.(perhaps i should take that literally)

However if 1-3-c down regulates AR sites in the prostate , can they increase in the scalp and become more active?
