around 1 hr pre work out, before bed.
H has a long half life, but spiking while working out might help, and I thought i heard most people have lower test in the late of night.
with that said, the heavier dose should be pre-workout.
edit: just show us you cycle.. start off with 50 to see if there are any neg affects 3-4 days, then bump up to 75, if you feel like it, MAYBE go 100 somewhere on the 2nd to last week if nothing goes wrong. dont think 125 is necessary for your weight, unless you pretty low BF.
