Just wonderIng if I need to up my cardio or keeps diet and workouts the same
Because my hard adipose tissue (fat) is now very soft and my guess is it will be begging to come off, and then the last 2 weeks will jet destroy very last bit of fat left. Ps. I've heard people say Clen is not as good but actually there diet and cardio is lagging ALOT! you gott break some eggs to make a omelet! :dance:
