Sustain alpha and nolva dosing

Ok I'm about to be running sustain alpha and nolva for my pct and I was wondering if I should still follow the directions on the sustain alpha bottle (take for 5 days and 2 off) and keep taking nolva for those 2 off days?

Follow the directions on the sa. Continue the nolva 7 days per week.

You're welcome. Goodluck with that SA. I didn't respond to the liquid Vade type. I will try the transdermal next time.

Damn I got the liqua vade too but I've heard good things so I guess

Transdermal seems to edge out the Lv version but you'll be fine. The liquavade Sustain Alpha works pretty good period.
