Logging a P6 Red solo run for 4 weeks.
Been on for 2 days.
359protein 380 carbs 90-120fat
History: Been liftin for a long while now.
Never cycled anything.

I track my lifts and training so as I lift I'll post.
My split is basically:
Chest-High Rep Day
Shoulders/Chest Low Rep 2-3 exercises
Legs and stretching in AM (MWSa)
Arms-Will be done when necessary.
Ill post pix when asap so we can see what happens.
Dosing according to label.
-Might pick up some fenugreek and saw palmetto
-Need a good anti-ox prone to breakouts any suggestions?
