Ok, I've got everything set to order for my first cycle of hdrol, down to making spreadsheets to keep track of what to take, when to take it, and know I took it.

Anyway, I can't find any advice on nutrition. I'm taking in between 2,300-2500 kcal a day. Do I need to increase this on cycle? If so, how much?

Oh, and has anyone dealt with a-zsupplements.com?
