Not off the top of my head, but do a search on Google Scholar for journal articles and studies, etc.

I searched for it on normal web searchs for about an hour and couldnt find anything before.

Google scholar is awesome! Found multiple studies that state that testosterone does not directly impact CD4+ production, yet it combats the muscle wasting effect that takes place while sick with hiv or aids. I really hope that funds get poured into sarms research for this sort of application. Who knows? Maybe someday we will find the ultra anabolic / non androgenic molecule with very little sides. It certainly would save a lot of lives.
