ok, would the brief period of time after an amp is cracked open and is exposed to air be any cause for concern? is there any chance that small pieces of glass from the amp will go into solution? this is with using an amp opener..

i'm guessing the answers are no and no but just making sure.. buying a big reusable vial w/ teflon and filtering all the amps thru it was an idea, but probably isn't needed right?

thanks.

you should be fine w/o doing all that. Air is not a cause for concern at all. This should be obvious by the fact that you inject air into the vial each time before you draw out in a regular reusable vial, ;)

If you use an amp opener a peice probabaly wont fall in as it will most likely always be clean breaks.
