Was wondering if it's ok to take both doses of each at the same time or better to split up by an hour or two? I was taking the furuza, 11-sterone, cycle support, liv52, mv and fish oil all at the same time for the first two days. But then read that it was better to not take cycle support and liv52 with the ph. So I then started splitting up the ph and then the mv, cycle support, liv52 and fishoil 2 hours later. Now I'm wondering if I should split the ph's too.
