so today, which is my birthday none the less. I might have broken one of the bones in my forearm. Not sure yet if its broken...I am hoping not, and it will only be a minor setback. I worked out with it today right after this happening, but I cant move my wrist at all in a side to side or twisting motion or it hurts.
So I am completely pissed. I really hope its not broken, so I can continue to workout. Otherwise looks like cycle will be done, and time to move to less intense, maintain workout to try and keep what Ive gained. I will be so pissed if I lose all my gains because of this. But Im not gonna let it happen damnit.
Anyhow...just had to vent.
