Hey im on day 15 or so of my (1st)t1pro cycle and i was just wondering if it is normal to have a crazy pump all the time, i mean i worked arms on tuesday and they still feel somewhat pumped..
Forearms are the worst, doing deads or straight bar curls gets them so pumped it hurts to finish the set.
Also, appetite has gone down in the last few days, regardless im up 15lbs
definately some of it went to my belly, and some is water.
Its kind of depressing because i spent along time dieting down till i liked the way i was lookin, now im all bloated again
