Save creatine for PCT or use throughout cycle?

I always thought creatine should be stopped on cycle and added back during PCT to help keep gains, but recently some people I have talked to have said that creatine is ever more effective while on cycle. I will be doing a 6 week Havoc recomp at 40-50mgs, what should I do?

Also, should I divide my 40mg doses (2,2) or (1,1,1,1) or (2,1,1 per the epi guide found on this site that says its better to dose in the morning)?

Use it! It will increase your gains on cycle more than without it.

Thanks guys! Any help on the dosing schedule. I'm leaning towards 20mgs at breakfast (7AM), 10mgs at meal #3 (around 1PM), and 10mgs preworkout (around 7PM)...

When I did 50 w/ epi I did 30 am, 20 pm, and my 40 pplex was 20am, 20pm....mdrol 20 is 10am 10pm.

And I never thought of creatine being more effective "on" either, so thanks for the post, LOL.....I just learned something!!
