Cycle on/off opinions, please

After 8 weeks on 4AD with 2 on M1T, 2 off M1T, 2 on, 2 off, should I lay off completely for 8 weeks, or can I go off 4, repeat the cycle, then take a long break. Any opinions and advice are appreciated, thanks.

I lay off 16 weeks, that's just the way I like it personally. I wanna make sure I am completely recovered before going back on. I also take time off due to BP issues.

If you haven't used HCG, then I would due 6 weeks PCT then at least 8 weeks off. The more the better in my opinion.

Even laying off 8 weeks after a cycle that long is way too short in my opinion. I'd wait at least 12.

The common minimum layoff period is the same length as the duration of the cycle period. Ideally the length of the PCT should also be included.

16 weeks off including PCT should be the minimum for a 8 week cycle esp with M1T.
