Boladrol cycle + PCT and in-cycle supps

Ok just had my blood work done and was going to run a cycle of Boladrol
I'm 6'4 220 lbs around 10% bf
Currently taking:
Jack3D, Whey, BCAAs preworkout
AfterShock (Myogenix), BCAA post workout
Multi's during breakfast
Whey shake during afternoon
ZMA 1 hour before bed
Casein blend shake, Multivitamin at bedtime

Was wondering if someone could just flat out design me a cycle. I know there is a **** ton of information out there about setting one up and what to use. I wanna run a cycle of boladrol, but I also want to know what cycle support supplements and suggested PCT to use. I was hoping to finish the cycle & PCT around 235 lbs with same or less BF. If you could please help me out I would appreciate it. I know there are other people out there that are in the same boat as myself and a laid out cycle would help alot of people. Especially newbies that want to just jump into Boladrol and not think about support supps and proper PCT.

Blood work as of last week:
Albumin: 4.9g/dl - 3.5-4.8 Range
Protein total: 7.8 g/dl - 6.1-7.9 Range (giggity)
Globulin: 2.9 g/dl - 2.0-4.0 Range
Bilirubin total: 1.4mg/dL 0.1 -1.3 Range
Direct bili: 0.2 mg/dL 0.0-0.3 Range
A/G Ratio: 1.7 / 1.2-2.4 Range
AST (SGOT) 29u/l - 0-37 Range
ALK PHOS - 70u/l - 39-117 Range
ALT (SGPT) - 28u/l - 0-40 Range

Cholesterol: 146mg/dL - 50-200 Range
Triglycerides: 111mg/dL - 0-250 Range
HDL: 34mg/dL - >40 Range (little low)
LDL: 90mg/dL - 60-130 Range
CHOL/HDL Ratio 4.3

Boladrol is still up in the air over dosing, but I think 4mgs is a good starting point
Since your hdl is low I would run something like Toco-8 before the cycle to help get those numbers up
weeks 1-4 4mgs bola 4/4/4/4
I needed an AI while running bola, erase worked great
pct
SERM-Toremifene 90/60/60/30
TRS (testosterone recovery stack)

On cycle I would throw in some liver juice form Primordial

boladrol 4mg for 4 weeks.

n2guard: 4 caps e/d on cycle, and throughout post cycle and on.

pct: clomid+ hcgenerate (or fav nat t-booster) and formastanozol (or fav ai).

there. simple. effective.

I am running the boladrol, I am a beta tester for it (started late) so the boladrol I have is liquid, 2mg/ml

but after 2 weeks at 4mg, it doesn't really seem to be doing anything anymore, im thinking it's going to be like 4-androstenediol where i'll have to up the dosage.

so im thinking of going to 8mg.

Ordered some last night. Im on week 3 of Test 400, so i was thinking of running this for 2-3 weeks bridged into Epi through the rest of my cycle. Using Adex e3d for estro-bloat control. =)

u wont need an AI if your running EPI , epi shuts down estro big time
