Heal shoulder

I am looking to take some igf-1 to help heal my messed up shoulder. I was looking to get igf-1 lr3. What is the difference between igf-1 lr3 and igf-1? Does igf-1 lr3 regrow and help heal cartilage as well as igf-1?

just went and read it. So basically you are saying igf-1 and igf-1 lr3 are the same. My only concern was if igf-1 LR3 would heal cartilage/tendons the same way igf-1 does.
