I am about to embark on a cycle and wanted to see other's opinions.
First, I'm 46. 5'9" and 215 this am with 11% fat. I'm looking for strength to break a nasty plateau, and lean body mass. I'm not afraid of a little fat gain, I'll try my best, though, to eat clean.
I've done 3 previous cycles and never really gave much thought to pre-loading or PCT, for that matter, so I'll run this up and see if it get's saluted.
Training will be DC but EOD instead of the normal program
Daily supplements- multi-vitamin, 3g vitamin C, mega-B, Zinc, fish oil
Pre-load Liver Juice and Cycle Support for the usual 2 weeks
Halovar x 1 weeks 1 through 7
Monsterdrol x 1 weeks 2 through 5
Nasty Mass x 1 weeks 3 through 6
Toremefine 120 x 3 days then 90/60/30
Cycle Support first 2 weeks
Liver Juice first 2 weeks
Ostarine 12.5 mg
TCF 1 first 24 days
Inhibit E/ IC3 starting with week 3
Reduce XT starting with week 3
Activate Extreme/Diesel Test Hardcore
Also have Erase and Formestane on hand
I believe that's the plan...any thoughts would be appreciated
I realize 3 methyls may prove problematic but at only once per day, I was hoping to minimize sides.
