HCG Question for injecting

So I currently have a vial of 11 000units of HCG and another vial of 30ml of Bacteriostatic Water. I was wondering how I would mix this properly, and I've been told to do 250iu 2x a week or even 300iu 2x a week. I would appreciate the help guys.

Also if I mixed the whole thing at once, would the mix still be good 4-5 weeks down the road?>

I also have 1ml syringes with markings n it ranging from 0-100 units.
