Best option for lean bulk

At the moment i am considering which option to take:

1) Weeks 1&2 10mg ed M1T, Weeks 2-6 12mg ed M4OHN

2) 6 Weeks 16Mg ed M4OHN

I feel number 1 would add more bulk but if i could achive similar results from a higher dose of M4OHN then i would go for that option to avoid the harsh shutdown from M1T.

Standard PCT would follow.

Any opinions welcome.

I am definately not an expert on this, therefore this is just my opinion : )

Six weeks of a methylated compound (no matter what that compound is) would surely raise questions on liver/kidney safety?

Maybe doing the M1T for two weeks or four weeks of the M4OHN would be better?

Hopefully someone with some first hand experience of these two compounds could help?

Don't expect much in size gains from the M4OHN at that dose. I've been on M4OHN at 20mg for 4 weeks with a 300 mgs 1-test, it does not come close to m1t for mass gains. I still have a few weeks left & have gained maybe 3-4lbs. It's a great compound, but if you are trying to bulk, there are better options.

Your option #1 is much better suited to your goal.

how does methyl-d andm4ohn compare as for cutting and strenght goes? what do you like better and your brand you use?
 
This will be my first cycle of M4OHN, i have decided to run it alone, started today at 8mg ed to assess tolerance, then upping the dose to 12mg for 3 weeks, then run pct.

I guess it is all about diet, hoping m4ohn will give me quality over quantity.
