quick question on turinabol

no question is a dumb question in my books. so here is my question...

when taking this stuff, should i let it sit under my tongue to absorb or do i just swallow the stuff?!?

for turinabol, it shouldn't matter a whole lot. for dbol or anadrol, it is nice to let it dissolve under the tongue if you are taking it preworkout

I tell her that mine has medicinal properties. It's worked so far.
